Every hour on this board be subject to change. We'll keep it current as the weekend firms up, but the printed manifest handed to ye at the desk on the day be the one that counts. This be an overnight voyage: the venue stays open from Friday 17:00 to Sunday night, and ye may sleep aboard.

- 17:00Doors open · registration & badges · team-forming boardCome aboard at Eagle Labs. Show yer student ID at the desk, grab yer badge, and pin yerself to the board if ye're still lookin' for a crew.
- 18:00Icebreakers & team building · how the weekend works: briefings, rules, submissions, VC for a DayMeet yer fellow sailors and form a crew of two to five. Then we read ye the ship's articles: the rules, how to submit, how judgin' works and how VC for a Day plays.
- 19:30Opening talks · Mayor of Southampton & VIPsThe Mayor of Southampton and a few special guests open the voyage and send us off proper.
- 20:00IET networking dinnerHot food on the IET. Break bread with partners, mentors and the other crews.
- 20:00Hacking opensHoist the sails. From here, code be fair game.
- OvernightVenue stays open · hack through the night or get some sleep on siteThe doors stay open all night. Keep buildin', or find a quiet corner and get some shut-eye. Bring a sleepin' bag if ye want one.
Bring your student ID. The registration desk only admits people on the confirmed list. The venue stays open overnight.

- Southampton Central is 10–15 minutes on foot. Direct services run from London Waterloo, Bristol, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.
- By bus
- Routes 1, 2, 506, U1C, U6C, W1 and X11 stop nearby — the U1C and U6C are the Unilink buses from the university.
- By bike
- Bicycle storage and showers are available on site.
- Parking
- There is no event parking and no disabled parking on site. Nearby paid car parks: Marlands, West Quay and NCP. Plan to arrive on foot or by public transport.
- Access
- The lab is on the second floor with lift access and has an accessible toilet. Email aisoc@soton.ac.uk with any access needs and we will sort it.
